Slabkast offers a 14-day free trial of the full platform to all new users. The trial gives you unrestricted access to every feature in the Service — there are no feature gates, usage limits, or restrictions during the trial period.

No credit card is required to start your trial. Simply create an account and start using Slabkast immediately.

During your trial and on any active subscription, you get access to everything Slabkast offers:

• Full slab photography and imagery management
• Visual client approval workflows
• Production handoff tools
• All current and future features released during your subscription

Slabkast offers a single plan with no tiers — every user gets the same complete experience.

Pricing After Trial

After your 14-day trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. Pricing depends on your location:

All prices are inclusive of the subscription fee. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your jurisdiction. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

No Surprise Charges

If your 14-day trial ends and you have not added a payment method, your account will be automatically paused. You will not be charged. There are no surprise fees, no automatic billing without your consent, and no hidden costs.

Your data is retained while your account is paused, so you can come back and subscribe at any time without losing your work.

Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically on the same date each month. Your payment method on file will be charged at the start of each billing cycle.

To avoid charges for the next billing period, cancel your subscription before your renewal date. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period.

Failed Payments

If your payment method is declined on your billing date, your account will be automatically paused and access to the Service will be suspended until payment is successfully received. We will notify you by email and attempt to process the payment again over the following days.

If payment cannot be collected after multiple retry attempts, your subscription will be canceled. Your data will be retained for 90 days, during which you can resubscribe and regain access. After 90 days, your data may be permanently deleted.

You can update your payment method at any time from the billing portal to resolve a failed payment and reactivate your account immediately.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal within the app. Cancellation is immediate and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no lock-in contracts, no cancellation fees.

After cancellation, your account will be paused and your data retained. You can resubscribe at any time to regain access.

Promotional Offers

From time to time, Slabkast may offer promotional pricing, discounts, or extended trial periods. These offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the offer. Promotional pricing applies only for the stated duration and standard pricing resumes thereafter.
